OPERATION: STORMBRINGER
SITUATION AND MISSION:
We are embarking on a final assault to secure Driftwood Islets, a critical location due to its proximity with Golem Island. Should the mission be successful, it will mark the liberation of Darkwood Island from Sentinel occupation. The mission consists of several phases: First, we must neutralize the Behemoth drone that's protecting Greenfield Plain and blocking maritime traffic. Second, we must eliminate a high-value target (HVT) at Camp Kodiak and secure the gunship present at the site. Third, using the acquired gunship for close air support, we will advance north, clearing enemy patrols as we proceed. Lastly, we will recapture the Driftwood Islets testing zone.
CONCEPT OF OPERATION:
Our departure from Erewhon will be via Overseer, followed by a HAHO jump to reach the LZ northwest of Greenfield Plain under the cover of darkness. Ensuring a silent approach to circumvent the drone's acoustic ground sensors, the team will execute the initial objective and progress to subsequent phases. It's essential to be fully prepared considering the formidable threat posed by the lethal drones in the area. To ensure mission success, the team will include a Ground Support Heavy Gunner and a Demolition Expert.
OBJECTIVES:
Alpha: Neutralize the Behemoth drone at Greenfield Plain.
Bravo: Eliminate the high-value target (HVT) at Camp Kodiak and secure the gunship.
Charlie: Team will split into a run and gun quick moving ground element and a close air support element. We will utilize the acquired gunship to clear enemy patrols as we advance north and clear the islands. Multiple air and land drone patrols have been reported and must be neutralized.
Delta: Recapture the Driftwood Islets testing zone and establish control over the area.
